Text of the Personal data processing Agreement:

Hereby in accordance to the Federal law № 152-FL «On personal data» of 27.07.2006 you confirm the agreement for processing your personal data by EP Group AG: collecting, systematization, accumulation, storage, precising (uploading, changing), usage, relay solely for the purpose of the software selling in your name, as it described below, blockage, depersonalization, utilization.

EP Group AG guarantees confidentiality of received information. Processing of personal data is required for more efficient execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by EP Group AG as binding.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software for the purpose of software registration on your name you provide the agreement for your personal data relay. EP Group AG guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software provides the protection of personal data according to conditions ratio to set up in the Privacy Policy.

This agreement applies to the following personal data: name, last name, middle name, email address, postal address, contact phone number, payment details.

The validity is not limited. You can anytime withdraw this agreement by sending the written notification to the address Baarerstrasse, 135, CH-6300 Zug, Switzerland with note «Withdraw of the personal data processing agreement».

For your note – the withdraw of the personal data processing agreement entails removal of your account from the site (http://epgroup.ch), and also removal of all the notes contained personal data of EP Group AG in the system of data processing which can make the usage of Internet services of EP Group AG impossible.

We guarantee that all the provided information is full, exact and reliable. And while providing the information no legislation of Russian Federation is violated. All the presented information is fulfilled by myself personally.

Present Agreement is valid for all the period of storage of personal data if the other is not provided by Russian Legislation.
